Todays Sewing.

 Today I have been busy sewing for Aussie Hero Quilts and Laundry bags. 1 quilt top. size, 42 inches by 70 inches.

 1 boys comforter for Angels for the Forgotten Charity, It has the fleece from the garage sale a couple of weeks ago. size is 40 inches square. Just need to top stitch a boarder around it and on places on the piece to stop it from shifting.

Also for Angels for the Forgotten Charity, 8 more draw string bags.

Kitties, Sewing and Shopping.

 This is Tilli after I got the fabric ready to cut. after a cuddle and a big fuss she was happy and after going outside for a little while,

 This is the kitties now.

 I sewed up one kitty, I have 3 others cut out ready to sew.

 I realized I was down to my last bit of stuffing so I took a walk to Savers to look for some pillows.

 They had 3, $2 each so I bought them all. (They are all white, it is just my shadow in the way).

Not on the list for the day, but useful so I bought it, a roll of iron on interfacing, also $2, not sure how much that would be normally but I know I would be using it.
Time for lunch now after that exercise, then I will fill up my stuffing bag and then get back to sewing.

Kits Made.

60 bauble kits made. Now to clean up my sewing room and do some sewing.

Making Kits.

 These are the latest baubles I have made which makes the total made so far this year 40. Some are knitted and some are felt and wool hand stitched.

 This is the felt and wool assembly.

 I have printed the instructions and pattern pieces into a Christmas card along with all the bits.

All ready for Crafty Hijinks if it goes ahead this year, If not then they will be for the Christmas party. Off to finish assembling the other kits today, lots of tracing and cutting out bits. 55 left to do.

More Cats.

2 more cats made, this time with embroidered faces. Thanks for the advice. There is enough fabric from that piece to make 2 more. They are cut out ready to sew for another day.
