People who know me personally, know i don't sleep much. Not one to complain because of a bad spell 2 years ago when i went nearly 3 weeks without sleep but that is something i accept. Now i am grateful for 2 hours and sometime 3 per night when things are normal. I did not expect to even get the "normal" sleep because of Christmas and New Year But sometimes it gets too much, and i thought i might put it out there for suggestions. (I am going through a particularly bad spell at the moment), Day 4 and counting.
It does affect me, my thoughts slow down and concentration gets muddled. Does anyone else have this problem? How do you cope?
