Flowers, Quilt, Jacket.

Lovely flowers I received today from a happy quilt recipient.

Aussie Hero quilt finished.

 Working on my neighbours jacket. She cannot sew due to arthritis in her fingers so I am finishing it for her.

Next Aussie Hero Quilt Started.

What I am working on this afternoon is some applique. Printed a colouring page twice. One is a mirror image and numbered. I will cut out the pieces on one of them and they are my template pieces. Ironing them onto fabric, all the colours are in sets then iron the fabric onto the blocks and stitch.

Next Aussie Hero quilt started using the Block of the months and poppies. Centre panel is painted. Adding appliqued poppies to the white of the quilt blocks and then adding more quilted patches to make them the right size.
