Aussie Hero Makes This Week.

Donations And Next Quilt.

 Thank you to the 3 ladies involved for sending me all this lovely stuff. This morning I received 2 large postbags with batting and fabric for Aussie Hero makes.

Things were quiet here last week, I took a few days off from sewing as I was not feeling that great and rest and sleep was the order of the week. Feeling much better now and started my next Aussie Hero quilt request.The blocks will be part applique part paint.

All the blocks have been quilted and appliqued ready to join them all together and bind.

Tilli And The Washing.

Tilli is being super helpful, The basket has been put down to bring in the washing.

Aussie Hero Quilt Started.

The quilt I was working on has been put aside, Not needed at the moment, on the plus side all the fabrics are ready for whoever needs it next. This one is soft /light blue with ducks, bears, German Shepherds and Cattle dogs. The light coloured fabric has ducks all over it and will have the dogs appliqued on it. The ducks will be appliqued on the top and bottom blocks. and the bear appliqued on the centre block. a small flag will be put into the top right hand corner.
