Next Aussie Hero Quilt Started.

This is another Aussie Hero quilt started today, I still have to hand sew the binding to the back on the other one, this is something I do in the evenings so during the day today I started this quilt using the other blocks I have been sent.

Painting.

 

No sewing today, I have been painting this quilt block. It does not show up here with the camera but the V the wings and the parachute are silver/grey. The white has been painted on a black background. Jo Sonia textile medium with acrylic paints.

Quilting With Cats.

 The next two quilts will be made using blocks that have been pre made and sent to me to turn into quilts adding a couple of blocks to personalize it. I will still be using the quilt as you go method.
