Making Labels.

The main package has all the ingredients on it but not on the individual lollies, I thought it would be a good idea to add them to the lollies. Folded in half around the stick and glue stick in place. I do this with any lollies that are split up and do not have the ingredients listed on them individually along with the use by date.

Spotlight Shopping.

Yesterday at the Spotlight Christmas shopping night with two $10 Spotlight vouchers, (mine and my hubby's) I bought this lot of fabric at $2 per metre and with the discounts it came to $25. I am not sure of how many metres I have here, but it is a lot.
Back into Spotlight today to get the ink for my stamp, I could not go past this bargain, 50 lollies per pack, all wrapped and use by date is 02.06.2018. I bought 5 packs. Great for the Aussie Hero packages. I will print out a label and stick it on to the lolly handles with the ingredients and use by date.
This is the stamp pad I went in to get today.

Aussie Hero Stamp Made.

I had an Idea for making the quilt labels, Have a rubber stamp made and use a heat set permanent ink for fabric. I let my fingers do the walking and contacted several companies and the first one to reply promptly to my inquiry was Penrith Rubber Stamps.
Very quick service indeed, A lovely telephone manner, and this was the stamp they designed. I love it! The stamp base measures 70mm by 80mm. I could not wait to try it out. The only ink pad I had was a cool grey colour I bought at the Stitches and Craft Show about 6 years ago. So I tried it on black fabric.
With a little bit of practice and a new ink pad Lol! I think it will be great.
This is the details of where and the cost of the product.
