My New Baby!

 Do you have a secret wish list? I do! Well I did, There was only one item on that list. this was it, a treadle was my dream and it has come true! Look at this wonderful machine, I have always coveted one of these.
My best friend has made this not so secret dream come true, I am looking forward to restoring it to use. How lucky am I!
What a beautiful thing she is.

    Yes this has been one of my dreams too Sue, you lucky girl, it's just fantastic. When we were kids I learnt to sew on my Grandma's (Dad's Mother) treadle sewing machine, I just love it and my Mother managed to acquire it. I asked her recently where it ended up, apparently all that's left are the metal pieces,
    umm sad about that. She said I could have them but I don't know what use they are now...... Looking forward to seeing it after the restoration.
