Aussie Hero Laundry Bag.

Time poor this week, so I just chose a laundry bag for this week. Maroon, white, Rugby League, State of Origin QLD was this request. Not having a lot of white fabric, I like to keep it for the T shirt transfers, I found some white bias tape (Savers), and hemming tape (Savers again), made my own stripes on the fabric and stitched it down using a wide zig zag.

So much colour on the front I am putting a plain back and white on the back.

3 more blocks left to do. The middle one is an iron on Easy on transfer and the top one is going to be applique and the bottom one is free motion quilting.

I have used Heat n Bond to keep the grey in place as it is the jumper and I did not want to have sewing lines on it.All the rest is stitch in the ditch.

The paited blocks are done. They will have a simple grid quilting around them. The next blocks will be applique.
