The ladies came through for me on Saturday with some fabric from their stash, With a promise of more to come next month, How lovely!
They range in sizes from fat 1/4s to several metres.
This is the fabric washed, Ironed, trimmed as well as a whole heap of calico for the laundry bags.

Fancy Dress

How great do they look! They are two very lovely young ladies, I love them both to bits.

K.Mart Wishing Tree Gifts

This is the start of many crib quilts I am making to go under the K Mart Wishing Tree this year. This quilt top was made using scraps I had been given that was not suitable for the Aussie Hero quilts. as well as fabric from my stash. I like to make in groups so I am making all the quilt tops first then finishing them off.
This is the start of baby sets both knitted and crochet. Like last year they will be a layette set, a toy and this year instead of a blanket it will be a quilt.  The wrapped bundle is 20 sets of dolls clothing cut out ready to sew. I plan on making dolls and bears too this year.

Charity Knitting

This is what I have made for the Charity Drive. 4 more jumpers and 2 hats. All the wool and yarn has been purchased from Savers very recently.

Aussie Hero Quilts Stuff

This is the latest batch of fabrics for backing for quilts, laundry bags and bindings. They have all gone out yesterday to a quilter who will make sense of it all.
Some fabrics have been cut into squares already.
Some have been turned into 9 patch blocks. The tartan fabric was donated stuff from my cloth doll club.
Some of them has been sewn into giant 4 patch blocks. Most of the fabric has been bought from my local Savers store except for the novelty fabrics that I had been given to use for this charity.
